DesignBee (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-powered image editor and design editor operating out of Los Angeles, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using DesignBee, you agree to this policy. Contact: hello@designbee.co
We collect: account information (email, username, password), login via Google (OAuth), uploaded images and designs, IP address and approximate location derived from IP for security, device and browser information, pages visited, cookies for authentication and functionality, and analytics via Google Tag Manager. We do not collect contacts, friend lists, biometric data, facial recognition data, or camera sensor data.
We use your information to provide and operate DesignBee, authenticate users, process subscriptions and payments (handled by payment providers; we do not store card details), store and process designs, provide support, improve reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, create, generate, or modify using DesignBee’s AI features. We do not pre-review or approve AI outputs and do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are accurate, lawful, or suitable. Users must not generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
Certain AI features are powered by third-party AI providers, including Google Vertex AI and Gemini. When you use AI features, inputs (such as images or prompts) may be securely transmitted to these providers solely to process your request. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train public models without your consent.
We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, authentication, AI processing) and payment processors, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data and do not share data with advertising networks.
We use cookies for authentication, security, and basic analytics. Disabling cookies may limit features. We use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand usage in aggregated form.
DesignBee is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data may be processed in the United States or other regions with appropriate safeguards. EU/UK residents may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of their data.
